Sweden’s Study Abroad Fair in March 2026

First and foremost – a big thank you for registering to participate in our fairs! We truly value your commitment and engagement with us. We are super excited to host our first out of two fairs this year. We will be visiting Sweden’s three largest cities; Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm. As always, we have a brilliant, enthusiastic and capable team who are excited to host this March.
On this page you will find up-to-date and important information regarding the itinerary, addresses, timings, hotels etc. All timings are set in Swedish Summer time, CEST. Please make sure to read all of the information thoroughly. I recommend that you bookmark this link! 😉
🎪VENUE INFORMATION:
Malmö – new venue!
When: Thursday, March 5th
Time: 2-5pm (Please arrive by 12:45pm to attend our briefing before the fair and then have time to set up.)

For those of you who plan to arrive on Wednesday the 4th, we recommend staying at one of the hotels that are close to the Central train station. There are lots to choose from – Elite Hotel Savoy, Scandic Kramer, Comfort Hotel, Best Western Hotel Royal etc.

Please note that you will need to book 2 nights in Stockholm, Fri – Sat and Sat – Sun (March 6th-8th), if you want to join for the final festivities on Saturday evening. We have a really fun evening planned and we hope that you would like to join us! 🥂🪩
🪅SHIPPING OF MATERIALS (brochures, display material, merch etc):
If you are unable to bring your materials with you and need to send it to the venues, there are a few things to think about:
1. The venues will only accept to hold the parcels from the same week of the fair. Make sure that your parcel is delivered by March 2nd at the earliest. Otherwise you risk the parcel being taken back by the courier and might not be delivered in time for the fairs.
2. We highly recommend that you ship material to each venue in Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm. Addresses for shipping can be found above. Please be mindful of the amount you send and make sure that you submit all necessary shipping documentation and that the addresses are filled in correctly – so that you don’t risk the material getting stuck in customs! 🤥
3. Please note that for the Gothenburg venue the address for delivery is different from the address of the entry to the venue.
4. We will hand out goodie bags to the first 100 visitors in each city. Please feel free to send any contribution towards these goodie bags. It is completely optional and any amount is welcome. Examples of things to contribute with are keychains, chapsticks, pens, stickers, pins etc.
🚞TRANSPORT BETWEEN CITIES
5th of March: From Malmö, Blueberry has arranged a bus that will take us directly from the fair venue in Malmö to the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Gothenburg. A light dinner and drinks (alcohol/non-alcoholic) will be provided on the bus. The bus will leave around 5:30pm, so you have 30 minutes to pack up after the fair and get ready for the bus ride.
6th of March: From Gothenburg we will all take a train to Stockholm together. Train to Stockholm will depart around 5:30pm, so if you want to buy some dinner for the train you need to be quick. There are lots of options in the train station. There will also be food options on the train. We will have your tickets, so no need to think about that.
*If you prefer to make your own travel arrangements on another date or time, please let us know so that we book the right amount of tickets.
🕺🏻DINNER PARTY ON SATURDAY 7 MARCH
In the evening on Saturday after the fair in Stockholm has finished, we will of course celebrate the end of this 3-day Fair Tour together! You are invited to our office for a full course dinner and naturally with some special interactive entertainment. No worries – we’ve got you covered. All you need to bring is your best and sharpest selves. Dress code: think casual and competitive. 😉 It’s going to be a special evening and we hope that as many of you can make it.
For those of you who are new to the Blueberry fairs – you don’t want to miss it! And for those of you who have been to our fairs before – you know it’s going to be a good time! 🎉
